Crime movie about industrial espionage and a great adventure on the moon.
"Woman in the Moon" begins as a crime film about industrial espionage and develops into a great adventure by relocating the protagonists and their conflicts to the moon in the second half of the film. As the last great German silent film, Lang's work appears technically mature: the camerawork, sets and effects are convincing, the acting also has a modern feel. The outdated scientific assumptions - gravity, temperature and atmospheric oxygen of the film's moon are similar to the Earth - do not detract from the enjoyment, but rather emphasize the charm of the film.
