The lady with the puppy

or a love by the sea - freely adapted from Anton Chekhov with the Parktheater Edelbruch from Berlin

The story tells of two ordinary people who fall in love in an extraordinary way for inexplicable reasons.

In their staged reading, actors Kristin Giertler and Thomas Kornmann interpret Chekhov's famous love story in an entertaining and touching way. They not only let the lovers have their say, but also let them meet on stage, whether courting or denying each other, whether with unsparing honesty or boundless devotion.
