Almost selflessly, the Emperor keeps donning new robes so he can present something beautiful to his people. But Princess Sophie thinks the money could be put to much better use—for example, in education. So, with the help of intern Jacob, she hatches a plan to steer her father back onto the right path and, in the process, test the loyalty of his minister.
