The Big Bang
Comedy musical for two singing actors
by Boyd Graham. Music by Jed Feuer
Starring: Marcus Möller and Peer Roggendorf; on keys: Philipp Krätzer
Due to popular demand, we’ve decided—after a four-year hiatus—to bring our hit musical “THE BIG BANG” back to the stage. We hope to see many fans and “repeat customers,” and we’re looking forward to plenty of sold-out performances!
The composer and writer are using their New York friends’ apartment on Park Avenue to pitch their planned Broadway musical to potential sponsors, accompanied by a pianist.
Their show—with the highest production costs of all time—is set to present the entire history of the world in twelve hours: from the Big Bang to Woodstock. They’ve invited potential investors to the apartment and will give them a 90-minute preview of their singing and dancing talents.
The audience consists of potential investors, courted by two actors who leave no stone unturned to win over their audience—whether as Adam and Eve, Isabella and Columbus, Napoleon and Eva Braun, or as Nefertiti, the Virgin Mary, Mother Gandhi, or a lion in the Roman Colosseum.
No faux pas is spared, no corny joke goes unused. Jokes, satire, and twisted meanings come one after another:
An 8,000-person musical for two singing actors, a comedic fireworks display—a B A M!
