On 08.11.2025, the Toolbox Sisters from Berlin will bring cheerful swing music from the 1920s and 30s to Rostock! They are one of the few all-female hot jazz bands in Europe today that will get our feet tapping with Lindy Hop rhythms. There will be a beginners' course from 19:30.
On 08.11.2025, the Toolbox Sisters from Berlin will bring cheerful swing music from the 1920s and 30s to Rostock! They started out as three ladies with a singing saw, a washtub bass and a banjo and are now one of the few all-female hot jazz bands in Europe that will make our soles glow with Lindy Hop rhythms.
Curious, but what exactly is "Lindy Hop"? Then come to the beginners' crash course at Pi 13 at 7:30 pm and learn your first steps for an evening of dancing!
