Born in Detroit in 1950, Suzi Quatro was one of the most successful female rock musicians in the 1970s, particularly in Europe. She grew up in a musical family and had her first stage appearance at the age of eight, together with her father. Even after more than 55 years, the little woman with the big bass guitar never tires of making music and continues to go on live tours all over the world.
Suzi is never idle, she has to entertain, she has to create and she has to communicate. It's the air she breathes... a true artist. Her famous quote says it all: "I will retire when I go on stage, shake my ass, and then there is silence."
