Discover the Forest with All Your Senses – Guided Sensory Hike in Jasmund National Park See, hear, feel, smell—discover the ancient beech forest in a whole new way! Join us on a special hike through the impressive UNESCO World Natural Heritage beech forests of Jasmund National Park and experience just how intense nature can be when we consciously engage our senses.

What does the forest sound like when your eyes are closed? Can you find your way around using only sounds? What does the bark of a tree feel like, and would you be able to recognize it later just by touch? What scents are in the air, and what do they reveal about the forest?

On this guided hike, we invite you to leave your everyday life behind, mindfully observe nature, and sharpen your senses anew. Through exciting exercises and small experiments, you’ll experience the forest from an unfamiliar perspective—an intense, relaxing, and surprising experience.
