We invite you to our winter series "Sunday Coffee Cinema" once a month for a movie. This is accompanied by a chat with coffee and cake.
Helene (Christine Ostermayer) is more than 80 years old. Her golden age as a theater actress is long behind her. Today she ekes out her existence in a retirement home. She is also terminally ill and knows that her life is coming to an end. So she decides to draw the final line herself while she still can. This is to take place in a so-called hospice in Switzerland. But she can't count on her nephew (Manuel Rubey) to drive her there. Instead, Helene finds an unexpected ally in Toni (Margarethe Tiesel). Together they embark on a journey to Switzerland...
