2-Day Creative Workshop with Claudia Burmeister and Katharina Sell // Fully Booked
Katharina Sell and Claudia Burmeister are offering a 2-day course featuring color experiments, printing, and painting. "Our creative activities strengthen individual tactile skills, creative abilities, and self-confidence; they foster a wide range of participation (beyond the concept of right and wrong) and promote cooperation and a sense of community." At the end, participants will receive their artwork, which everyone can take home.
From August 10–20, 2026, a total of 6 workshops will be offered at the WerkHaus in Waren (Müritz). Experienced artists will lead a creative family workshop over 7 days. Parents, grandparents, godparents, older siblings, or cousins—everyone is welcome to join the children in painting, pottery, printmaking, bookbinding, or making music.
You can choose your favorite course or sign up for multiple creative activities.
The participation fee is €10 per day per person.
Since we also want to make it possible for low-income families to participate in our summer workshop, a fee waiver or reduction can be granted upon request.
The “Color Play” course is also suitable for children participating on their own without an adult. The workshop takes place from 9:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Afterward, until 2:00 p.m., the children are supervised by volunteers. During this time, lunch is provided for a fee of 5 € per day per child.

The “Summer Workshop” project was made possible by donations from the “99 Funken” crowdfunding campaign organized by Müritz-Sparkasse.
