Smokie is a British pop-rock band that was one of the most popular groups of the '70s and '80s—with hits like “Living Next Door to Alice,” “If You Think You Know How to Love Me,” “Oh Carol,” “I’ll Meet You at Midnight,” and many more, they stormed the charts.
Today, none other than Dean Barton (Alan Barton’s son)—who has inherited his father’s unmistakably rough voice—takes the stage as the frontman. More modern, rock-oriented, and with that unmistakable Smokie sound.
