Tender spare ribs in BBQ marinade fresh from the grill
Our spare ribs are cooked slowly until they are butter-tender when they fall off the bone. They are then refined with a homemade BBQ marinade and grilled over an open flame until crispy. The result: slightly caramelized on the outside, juicy and full of flavour on the inside. The ribs are served with a selection of side dishes - e.g. crispy country potatoes, fresh coleslaw or a spicy dip.
