Sing-Along Night with Felix Meusel and Andreas Dziuk
In the mood for some musical excitement? Then head over to the city’s most spontaneous sing-along! The choir for the evening comes together completely spontaneously to belt out legendary hits from every decade and genre—loud, passionate, and guaranteed to get stuck in your head. The lyrics will be displayed on the screen. No prior singing experience or knowledge of music notation is necessary. The focus is on having fun with music and fostering a sense of community. Two seasoned professionals are leading the way: One is Felix Meusel, an actor, singer, and host at Theater Vorpommern and a crowd favorite—known, among other roles, for playing Higgins in the musical “My Fair Lady”—and the other is Andreas Dziuk, musical director of the theater’s acting department and keyboardist for the East Berlin band “Pankow.” Both are established figures at the Theater Vorpommern and seasoned professionals when it comes to the stage and the audience. From a vast selection of songs, they’ve put together a colorful mix—carefully curated but with plenty of room for spontaneous audience choices. And it works: The audience gets involved, sings along, and celebrates with them! “We wanted to create an evening where everyone can participate—regardless of their voice or experience,” says Felix. “The audience is the star; we just set the tone.” Their shows are now sold out, and they’re coming to Usedom for the first time for a special evening.
