How can I access the Internet? How can I communicate with my children and grandchildren via What's App? How can I register with the doctor or shop online?
These are questions from (not only older) citizens and an expression of fear and concern about not being able to keep up or no longer being able to cope with the requirements of authorities and other bodies.
THE SOLUTION: "SilverSurfer"
A small group of (now three) volunteers who have set up a service for dealing with smartphones, laptops, tablets and PCs. They help with all questions and provide information about the possible uses and safe handling of these devices.
The SilverSurfers are available to anyone interested, especially older people, who own such a device, would like to buy one or just want to try it out. This help is free of charge.
