In our 1-hour taster course for young participants, we show you step by step the basics of how to stand safely on a SUP board. It's not about speed or performance - it's about fun, balance and body awareness on the water.
The course is aimed at beginners who want to try it out in a homogeneous group of like-minded people. If you sometimes think "that's too fast for me", this is the right place for you!
We'll start comfortably, kneeling at first, and then gradually move to standing.
We provide everything you need: SUP board, paddle and life jackets are included in the course price. Simply register, come along and enjoy the water.
