THE PERSON BEHIND THE ACTION: NILS VOLK: Nils Volk runs the organic farm in Göhren with heart and hand. He is not only the brains behind the farm, but also lends a hand himself - in sheep farming and in the production of organic products such as lamb, sausage and ham.
His farm combines tradition, closeness to nature and practical work. Every day is characterized by hands-on farming and a commitment to animals, the countryside and high-quality regional products.
