And in a special place like the Bürgergarten in Röbel, a summer evening at the theater is even more fun. The Ribbeck Castle Festival was already a guest in Röbel in 2022 and enjoyed a sold-out venue.
And in 2025, a very special version of Shakespeare's Complete Works - slightly abridged will delight the audience on September 10 at 7 pm. After seeing this special play, the audience will be bursting with Shakespeare quotes! With a great deal of humor and incredible speed, this evening will guide not only Shakespeare connoisseurs but also the curious uninitiated through 37 pieces of world theater. After this "crash course in Shakespeare", we promise a new perspective on an old literary figure and performances with guaranteed laughter! Three actors will play all 1,834 roles, and in the tradition of Shakespeare, of course, all the female roles too. The three men dare to perform a feat that is unique in the history of theater. They are challenged with this thoroughly athletic task, which demands stamina and endurance. Can you have fun with literary classics? You can, you may and you should!
