"On your toes - get set - go!" Be there when the beach season opens in Mecklenburg-Vorpommern. The annual "digging competition" takes place all along the Baltic Sea coast - and the resort town of Klütz is taking part for the first time this year on the beach at Wohlenberg.
We are looking for the most beautiful sand castle. Whether as a spectator or as an active participant, everyone is welcome to take part in this competition on Wohlenberg beach.
Dig and build to your heart's content, alone, in pairs or in a large team. Buckets and shovels will be provided. Building materials, such as sand, water and stones are to be found sufficiently at the beach of Wohlenberg. You are welcome to bring your own tools and decoration material for building sandcastles.
The sandcastle builders with the most extraordinary castles will be awarded.

Deadline for registration is 05.05.2023 (the number of teams is limited). Depending on availability, registration is also possible on site on the day of the event.
Participation (as a spectator or participant) is free of charge.
The beach is subject to a spa card. Guests over 16 years old please have their spa card ready.
