The Rostock Forest Day will take place on September 5, 2026 from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. in the Rostock Heath.
Once again, the Rostock Forest Day is being organized as a joint project by the Rostock & Warnemünde Tourist Office, the Rostock City Forestry Office and the Wiethagen Forestry and Charcoal Burner Farm.
In Rostock-Wiethagen, visitors can experience the forest around Wiethagen as a large adventure playground at the building of the city forestry office, on the grounds of the forestry and charcoal-burning farm.
Catering is provided at both locations.
Rostock-Wiethagen is easily accessible by bike via the cycle paths from Rostock-Dierkow, Graal-Müritz and Markgrafenheide. Access by car is signposted via Rövershagen. Sufficient parking spaces are available on site.
