The first roller skating disco in Binz will take place on May 8, 2026, from 6.30 to 9 p.m. in the "Ostseeblick" parking garage near the elementary school.
The Küstenkinder Verein Binz and the International Federation Vorpommern are pleased to jointly announce the first roller skating disco "RollerDIF" in Binz. Thanks to the support of the municipality of Binz together with Mayor Mario Kurowski, this special
event will take place on 8 May 2026 from 18:30 to 21:00 in the "Ostseeblick" parking garage at the elementary school. The event is open to all
people aged 6 and over and invites families, children, parents and siblings alike to roller skate, dance and have fun together.
Roller skates, skateboards, scooters and inline skates are permitted - dancing is also allowed in street shoes without wheels. Helmets are compulsory and the team recommends that everyone with wheels wear arm and leg protectors. Bicycles and BMX are not permitted for safety reasons. There will be different areas: for beginners, for advanced and "without wheels". Drinks and
snacks (thanks to the Binzer Bäckerei Horn) will be provided. As always for a small price. Admission costs 1 euro.
Access is exclusively via the pedestrian entrance on the side of the gym, use of the car entrance is strictly prohibited. For safety reasons, all participants may only move within the cordoned-off areas and must follow the instructions of the clearly recognizable stewards. The organizers expressly point out that the disco helpers and the Freizi team cannot assume any supervision outside the cordoned-off areas. Please instruct your children and clarify a safe way home in advance. Safety is the top priority for everyone involved.
