Re:Play is a pop band from Leipzig with a sound that you don't hear every day. Leonor Resende (vocals), Moritz Pachale (guitar), Friedrich Kirsche (piano), André Piesch (tuba) and Moritz Grosch (drums) write their own songs and reinterpret well-known pieces - with influences ranging from Queen to Beatles and a good dose of good humor. The tuba gives the whole thing a fat, groovy foundation that lies somewhere between brass pop and classical band instrumentation.
