Rebecca Hill & Charlie Stewart with Mischa MacPherson

On Sunday, February 15, 2026 at 4 pm (!), Rebecca Hill and Charlie Stewart, a Scottish harp and violin duo, will take to the stage of the Alte Synagoge Hagenow. On their tour, they will be accompanied by the multi-award-winning Gaelic singer Mischa MacPherson.

Since the release of their acclaimed debut album "Thawcrook" in 2023, Hill and Stewart have been touring internationally. Their compositions have their musical roots in their home regions of Argyllshire and Perthshire. Together with contemporary elements, improvisation and an extraordinary joy of playing, they become a hypnotic experience.

They are accompanied by the Gaelic singer Mischa MacPherson. Having grown up in the unique culture of the Outer Hebrides, Mischa brings the beauty and emotion of the Gaelic language to the stage with impressive expressiveness and warmth. She has toured worldwide, won several awards and delighted audiences and critics alike.

The trio have worked together in a variety of contexts, but this tour will introduce new material, consistently combining their shared love of traditional works and innovation to create an exciting new sound.
