"Das ANDERE Mecklenburg-Vorpommern" - a project of the Wismar-based Mecklenburger AnStiftung (Mecklenburg-Vorpommern Foundation) - whets the appetite for regional studies: to be discovered in easy-to-read episodes of just a few pages each. The author Wolf Schmidt uses cheeky questions and ironic distance to set surprising accents in the perception of our federal state.
Experience shows that this will be an extremely entertaining evening of reading, as we already had the pleasure of getting to know the first part of the series in this way two years ago. While the first publication was a "guide from Aalbude to Zepelin", the second volume contains "revelatory stories" of a cultural nature. You can look forward to it!
The reading begins on March 18, 2026 at 7 p.m. in the Dreiseithof bakery, admission from 6.30 p.m. with a small snack.
