On March 29, 2026, the Great Hall in the Kurhaus Warnemünde will be transformed into a dazzling stage of the 1920s: experience an extraordinary musical reading of "The Great Gatsby", which is far more than a classic reading.
This special event combines literature, acting, singing and live music to create a unique experience that brings F. Scott Fitzgerald's famous novel to life.

Renowned actors and artists will be performing on stage:
Isabell Gerschke - known from "In aller Freundschaft" and "Polizeiruf", Christian Näthe - actor and musician, known from the band Hasenscheisse as well as from the Apple TV series "HiJack" and Sebastian Hillmann - acclaimed saxophonist, who captures the jazz spirit of the Roaring Twenties with his sound.
Together they create an emotional, atmospheric production in which text, voice and music intertwine. The reading is played, felt and lived - theatrical, musical and intense.
