Late summer at Schaalsee—and a festival for listening, discovering, and enjoying the outdoors. “Rauschen am See” sets out on musical journeys for curious minds of all ages, featuring music, poetry, and sound art.
The festival kicks off on Saturday, August 29, at 6 p.m. at Seeblick Lassahn with the program “Where Stories Live—On Staying and Leaving”: Actor Florian Lukas, known for his role in the series “Weissensee,” among other things, reads texts about arriving and setting out, accompanied by Anne von Twardowski (vocals, piano) and Sonja Lena Schmid (cello)—with songs ranging from Hanns Eisler and Sophie Hunger to classical and folk music, such as from Georgia.
