Qi Gong for Everyone

"Qi Gong is a gift you give yourself." Anyone can participate under the guidance of Steffi Kohl.

- Maximum of 10 participants
- Don’t forget your water bottle
- We strongly urge you to be on time: Latecomers disrupt the session and will not be able to participate.
- Participation is free with the UsedomCard; without a spa card: 5 €
- Participation is at the participant’s own risk.
