Children, Theatre & Stage

The puppet theater "Kleines Theater" plays "Frau Holle" on the cultural floor of the Alte Vogtei in Warnemünde. Up to 30 people can enjoy the play in a relaxed atmosphere. It starts at 15:00.

A hard-working girl named Marie, who lives with her stepmother and her lazy biological daughter - also named Marie - is told to spin yarn. She pricks her finger, the spool becomes bloody and the stepmother is very angry. She orders the girl to wash the spool in the well. The child falls into the well and wakes up in the kingdom of Mother Hulda. She lovingly takes her in and finally rewards her with gold - after Marie has diligently shaken up the beds so that it snows on the ground.

After returning home, the stepmother and lazy Marie decide out of envy to do the same to "Goldmarie". However, due to her laziness, the lazy girl is rewarded with bad luck instead of gold, which sticks to her for the rest of her life.
