Botany course in the Greifswald Botanical Garden with Dr. Sabrina Rilke | Part 3
Let's take a closer look at the summer bloomers. To do this, we look at the characteristics of some species-rich families such as crucifers and roses. There is still a lot of flowering, but the first fruits are already visible. We will make a selection, but what is interesting is often not visible from afar. We also want to keep a small eye on the grasses. Don't worry, knowing five important grasses is really easy!
Over the course of the year, we are planning 5 tours of the Greifswald Arboretum and the Botanical Garden on the topic of "Seeing plants". We will use a magnifying glass to track down small special features. We will take 2 hours each time to explore species according to the theme. If there are exciting conversations, we don't have to finish on time.
Please bring a magnifying glass if you have one.
