Since 2004, National Reading Aloud Day has been promoting the practice of reading aloud. It has since grown into Germany’s largest reading-aloud community, with over one million participants each year.
Today at the picture book theater, we'll read the story of Ben, who, unfortunately, is always the last one to be picked up from preschool—but who uses his imagination to turn that disadvantage into a superhero story.
