Putting down (aerial) roots together: performative poetry walk with Jürgen Nendza.
Putting down (aerial) roots together: performative poetry walk through Ahrenshoop with Jürgen Nendza, followed by a discussion with the author and literary critic Cornelia Jentzsch in the SOLASTALGIE exhibition.
In a mixture of walk, poetry reading and listening to the sound sculptures set to music, the audience will find new approaches to the immediate surroundings as well as to nature itself - and possibly also within themselves.
Jürgen Nendza is a writer, lyricist and author of numerous volumes of poetry, radio plays and radio features. His works combine observation of nature with memories, social issues and poetic soundscapes. In 2025 he was a fellow at Künstlerhaus Lukas.
Cornelia Jentzsch is a literary critic, essayist and presenter with many years of experience in communicating contemporary literature and poetry. She has moderated numerous events at the Literaturhaus Berlin, the Akademie der Künste and the Künstlerhaus Lukas, among others. She now lives and works in Berlin and the Uckermark region.
Further information on the accompanying program can be found on the website of the Neues Kunsthaus Ahrenshoop.
