The Peenetal Crosslauf 2026 is a natural run with a village festival character in Lüssow (Gützkow) in the heart of the Peene Valley. A children's run over approx. 900 m and cross-country runs over approx. 5.2 km and approx. 11.3 km through the varied river landscape are offered on forest and meadow paths.
The Peene Valley Landscape Nature Park 2026 invites you to Lüssow (Gützkow) on September 19, 2026 - in the middle of the unique nature of the Peene Valley River Landscape Nature Park. The region is one of the most pristine landscapes in Western Pomerania and offers ideal conditions for a run close to nature with its wide meadows, forests and quiet paths.
There are three runs on offer: a children's run of approx. 900 meters for the youngest participants, a cross-country run of approx. 5.2 km and a more challenging run of approx. 11.3 km.
All routes run along predominantly unpaved forest and meadow paths and give a varied impression of the Peeneland landscape around Lüssow.
The Peenetal Crosslauf is deliberately kept village-like and informal. Participants can expect a personal atmosphere with passion and commitment from the village. Volunteers from the region ensure a relaxed organization and a warm atmosphere.
A lively meeting place is created around the start and finish, inviting people to linger and making the day of running a shared experience. It goes without saying that food and drink will be provided.
The Peenetal Crosslauf stands for exercise, nature and village community and offers the opportunity to actively discover the region around Gützkow - sporty, down-to-earth and in the middle of the countryside.
