Note: Parking near the beach
There are plenty of bike racks available on site. If you’re traveling by car, you can park in the Strandstraße/Dünenstraße parking lot for a fee. Please enter “Dünenstraße 2” into your navigation system. The parking lot entrance is on the left side of the street. It’s about 300 m to the main beach entrance.
Alternative parking options include the Festwiese and VOSTRA parking lots in front of the Trassenmoor train stop (for a fee). It’s about 1 km to the main beach entrance.
Note: Restrooms near the beach
There are several public restrooms on site (Strandstraße/on the beach promenade – Beach Access 9G) that can be used free of charge. The restroom building located directly on Strandstraße is equipped with an accessible restroom. A Euro key is required to use this facility.
