The Ahrenshoop Chamber Music Festival will open with works by Erik Satie, Karol Szymanowski, and Darius Milhaud. Wioletta Hebrowska, Cristian Niculescu, and the Syrinx Trio will explore the artistic circle surrounding the sculptor Constantin Brâncuși.
The 2026 Ahrenshoop Chamber Music Festival will open with the concert “Brâncuși and His Musician Friends” at the Ahrenshoop Art Museum. The event marks the 150th anniversary of the birth of the renowned Romanian sculptor Constantin Brâncuși, whose art was closely linked to the artistic movements and figures of his time.
Mezzo-soprano Wioletta Hebrowska, pianist Cristian Niculescu, and the Syrinx Trio will present an evening featuring works by Erik Satie, Karol Szymanowski, and Darius Milhaud. The program combines modernist music with Brâncuși’s inspiring milieu and opens the festival with a special dialogue between visual art and chamber music.
This event is part of the 2026 Ahrenshoop Chamber Music Festival.
