As part of the historical tours, the village church of St. Georg in Lüdershagen will be open on September 13 from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.
The village church of St. George stands as a striking landmark overlooking the village of Lüdershagen. For centuries, it has been not only a place of worship but also the center of village life. Generations have left their mark here and preserved valuable cultural treasures—in stone and wood, in art and craftsmanship, in inscriptions, images, and traditional customs. As a stone witness to history, the church tells the story of the village and the people who have shaped it over the centuries.
Doors will once again be opened and rooms shown that are otherwise hidden from the public. Look forward to a tour through bygone eras of the region’s and the church’s history.
The tours run continuously, so you can join at any time between 11 a.m. and 4 p.m.
