This open course is designed for participants who wish to explore the human figure—the supreme discipline of drawing. Beginners and experienced artists are both welcome; anyone can attend a single session without prior registration. The open evening life drawing session takes place once a month at the Kunsthalle Rostock.
Experienced instructors from the Kunst.Schule guide participants with their feedback. The open evening life drawing session offers the opportunity to hone and further develop drawing skills using a nude model. The human body, in all its complexity, is at the center of the work—serving as a benchmark for spatial understanding, precise observation, and confident execution. The nude models rotate, allowing regular participants to study new subjects time and again.
