New name, new language, new energy - but the same passion!
After 24 years as Tequila & the Sunrise Gang, the seven musicians from Kiel are opening a new chapter in 2025: From now on, they are ON! and their new musical direction in punk/rock/indie is now also presented with German lyrics. Their distinctive songwriting, their melodies, their irrepressible energy and, of course, all the old classics remain completely unchanged.
With their first singles "Alles auf Neu", "Leere Worte" and "So wie immer?", ON! show an impressive foretaste of what is to come in the course of the year. Their new style strolls unreservedly through many genres and captivates with honest and direct lyrics - a fresh sound that sounds both familiar and excitingly new.
But don't worry: ON! remain true to their roots. The old songs such as "My Dear My Darling", "Campfire Light" and "Keep Me Arrested" are still part of the live set and celebrate the band's history.
So if you feel like dancing and are in a good mood, you shouldn't miss the 7 Kielers' sweat-inducing evenings.
