Timothy Ridout Guest of conversation, viola

It is just over four years since Timothy Ridout won the MV Festival Ensemble Prize together with pianist Frank Dupree, and in 2023 he was invited to perform a series of concerts at the Festspielfrühling Rügen, among others, and now the internationally sought-after violist has taken over as Artistic Director of the Festspielfrühling. The Englishman will be chatting about what drives and inspires him in a relaxed atmosphere this afternoon.
