One evening during Advent at the Barth Bible Center, the focus will be on oils that were used as far back as biblical times. You’ll learn which ones they were and how they can be used in everyday life today. During the “Make & Take” workshop, you’ll mix your own little bottle for 8 euros.
The Barth Bible Center at 52 Sundische Straße invites you to an Advent evening event titled “Oils from Biblical Times and What We Can Learn from Them Today.”
You’ll learn about the oils mentioned in the Bible and how people used them back then. The invitation features an image of incense, and the little bottle is labeled “Frankincense.” The discussion will then focus on how this knowledge can still be applied in our daily lives today.
The evening includes a “Make & Take” activity. You’ll blend your own little bottle and take it home with you. The cost is 8 euros.
The invitation comes from a doTERRA Wellness Advocate from the Oils family. The evening is open to anyone interested in plants, cultural history, and a quiet evening during the pre-Christmas season. The Bible Center is located in the heart of Barth’s Old Town, just a short walk from St. Mary’s Church and the harbor.
