Nordic piano music
Tähe-Lee Liiv is one of the outstanding talents on the Baltic piano scene. She has won numerous national and international piano competitions, including the live talent show "Klassikatähed" on Estonian National Television (2020).
Her programs are highly individual, in which she focuses on composers from her Nordic homeland and sometimes combines them with central works from the Baroque, Classical and Romantic periods. In 2023, she released her debut album, which presented the complete piano works of Arvo Pärt for the first time.
Since October 2022, she has been studying with Sir András Schiff at the Barenboim-Said Akademie in Berlin.
The program includes works by Ester Mägi, Edvard Grieg, Arvo Pärt, Magnus Lindberg and Einojuhani Rautavaara.
