Trade fair for trade visitors and families
Market & trade fair - Nature, game, fish - 18th North German stag calling competition
For the 18th time, the best deer caller in northern Germany will be sought at the SCHEUNE on September 27, 2026. This competition is the highlight of the "Nature, Game, Fish" trade fair, which has a lot to offer for trade visitors and families alike. With loud roars and rutting cries, not only will the audience be amazed, but there will also be a serious battle for the title.
Of course, visitors can find out about the various aspects of our natural world from regional providers and associations at the numerous information stands. Among other things, there will be insights into the work of taxidermists and hunting schools and you can take part in a show deer dissection. Local mushroom species are on display and collectors can have their fresh finds expertly assessed by mushroom and herb consultants. The Müritzeum will have a stand and the Müritz Hunting Association will provide information on current topics relating to its work. You can not only buy game products, but also various hunting and fishing accessories. Visitor magnets are the hunting horn blowing by the region's brass bands, hunting dogs in action and falconers presenting the hunters of the skies live.
Puppet theater, various games of skill and the barn Olympics with great prizes promise lots of fun for the whole family. You can even build nesting boxes. An entertaining stage program up platt un hoch, the tombola with the Queen of the Hunt and the arts and crafts market rounded off with regional and fresh delicacies of game and fish invite you to stroll and linger from 10.00 to 18.00.
