Leipzig Music School - Big Band

The MSL Bigband has been playing the finest jazz, funk and swing for more than 25 years. Around 30 musicians aged between 14 and 55 form a unique band family that rehearses together every week in the music school's own PopAkademie and delights audiences at numerous concerts.

You can look forward to an orchestra with great enthusiasm and a rousing sound. Experience the glorious era of swing in style, feel the funk rhythms of the 70s and enjoy the pop fever with hits from the 80s through to current pop and rock songs, arranged by the masters of the trade.
