Mario Müller is a nature photographer and served for many years as the white-tailed eagle state coordinator for the state of Mecklenburg-Vorpommern.
Every year, he recorded the number of white-tailed eagle nests and breeding success rates in the state.
Since 1996, he has also been banding the young birds as part of an international banding program. This brings Müller into very close contact with the eagles and has allowed him to photograph the largest native birds of prey in many unique situations. The protection of these animals is always his top priority, a cause to which the photographer aims to contribute through his photographs and lectures. He wants to raise awareness among even more people about the beauty of these birds and the fragility of their habitat, so that these birds can retain their place in our increasingly industrialized world.
The multimedia show depicts the life of the animals and plants in an eagle’s territory throughout the annual cycle.
