It really is at the end of the world, but at a fantastically beautiful end: the 700-year-old Nisdorf manor directly on the Bodden coast.
Lovingly restored, it has been run as a family-friendly organic hotel for over 20 years. As a team of owners and operators, we are enthusiastic about running a 100% organic business - in the kitchen, in the garden, with furniture and all consumer products.
Sustainability is not just a word for us: we are becoming more and more energy-independent - with photovoltaics on the outbuildings and a ground collector heating system, and our castle garden is increasingly becoming an edible landscape with vegetables, herbs and fruit. Snails have no access.
In addition to vacation guests, we are also open for seminars, family celebrations, village parties and team meetings. On the terrace, the sunbathing lawn, the playground, in the hammock or by the pond, you can leave everyday life far behind you. In the old knights' hall we offer our guests a delicious and rich organic buffet with lots of home-made food.
We would like to create a meeting place here, where deep encounters and contact can be created through our togetherness in community, through our work with nature and in being together with our guests - as a contribution to real peace.
