Stress and poor nutrition are often the cause of digestive problems. Medicinal plants have a large repertoire of possibilities to have a regulating effect here.
After some basic explanations on the structure and function of the gastrointestinal tract, I will show you what you can do the next time you feel a pinch, bite or burning sensation.
In the practical part, you will learn which tea mixture is best suited to you and you can mix it yourself. You can also make emergency drops "just in case" and prepare and taste a very special, stomach-friendly "coffee" made from dandelion root and chicory root.
The offer is aimed at adults and children aged 12 and over.
The seminar lasts approximately 2.5 hours, including 1 hour of theory/exchange and 1.5 hours of practice.
The fee includes all documents and materials.
I only work with ingredients from organic farming or wild harvesting.
