MalzeitmitMahlzeit
MalzeitmitMahlzeit is a recurring, creative, and culinary event series in Mecklenburg-Vorpommern that combines intuitive painting, social interaction, and good food.Every two weeks, people of all ages meet at the Gessin village store (as well as at other locations from time to time) to pick up their paintbrushes together without any pressure to perform. Amid creative conversations and small culinary delights, a pleasant sense of relaxation quickly sets in. Since art isn’t just for show here, everyone brings their own painting supplies as well as a homemade treat to share at the communal buffet. None of us are great masters, but in the end, everyone takes home their very own, unique piece of art.
The next meeting will take place on October 21, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. at the Gessin village store. Participation is free, but we’d be very grateful for a small donation.
Come join us—we look forward to seeing you!
