Introduction to the new drama production
In 1990, the world premiere of the Freischütz version by cult author William S. Burroughs with the mystically melancholy music of Tom Waits celebrated its premiere at Hamburg's Thalia Theater. From April 11, the work can be experienced for the first time in Rostock in a production by in-house director Daniel Pfluger. At the matinee, the management team and members of the ensemble will provide insights into the rehearsal process, explain the background to the work and present samples from the production.
