Luisentag with lecture and harp music
July 19 marks the 215th anniversary of the death of Prussian Queen Luise. The queen died unexpectedly at her father's summer palace in Hohenzieritz in 1810.
To mark the occasion, the Hohenzieritz Luise Memorial invites you to a public lecture at Hohenzieritz Castle at 4 pm. Matthias Marr will speak on the subject of "In silent enthusiasm - Johann Gottfried Schadow and Queen Luise". Musical accompaniment will be provided by harpist Merit Zloch.
