The Ehlershof museum barn in Rostock's Wulfshagen is idyllically situated on the edge of Rostock Heath, south of Fischland-Darß-Zingst. The farm has been in the family since 1866 and resembles a classic three-sided farm consisting of a residential house, stable building and barn. There is a small museum in the barn, which shows rural life from 1900 to 1950. From milk churns and rotary dryers to a functioning threshing box, many small and large items are on display and sometimes even demonstrated.
