Advent hike to the Wienpietsch lakes
Accompany our ranger to the Wienpietsch lakes as part of the "living Advent calendar" organized by WerkHausWaren e. V.. The oval lakes form the southern end of the only kettle bog in the western part of the Müritz National Park. They are the remains of an ice-age meltwater channel. Together you will discover interesting and astonishing facts about the forest and moor habitats. Moors make an important contribution to climate protection and to species.
The route is not accessible and is uneven. Bring sturdy shoes and warm clothing.
