The “Literary Forest Walk” with Martina Korth invites you to experience the beauty of the forest through the power of words. Together, on a guided walk, we’ll not only explore the forest’s secrets, but also listen to stories, poems, and texts at selected locations that weave nature, people, and imagination together.
Covering nearly 2 square kilometers, the Baaber Heide is the largest contiguous forested area on the island. Former dunes form the subsoil. Today, they are overgrown with pines and birches.
