Musical-Moving Constellation Workshop with Claudia Bergemann and Dieter Loho
In this course we will explore the possibilities of using free constellations to look at aspects and situations in your own life from a new perspective. Together we will use intuitive music and movement to resonate with the life issues you bring with you.
This form of systemic work takes place on a purely emotional and intuitive level with the means of music and movement. In this way, even difficult issues can be dealt with without fearful drama.
Together we open up a space for mindful, loving and respectful encounters and support. In the constellation process, both obstacles and potentials in one's own system can be perceived. A new perspective on the aspects of the issue brought in can emerge.
We start on Friday evening with a shared sound space to get to know the instruments, which are easy to play and harmonize with each other. As the course progresses, we will incorporate exercises for the perception and implementation of movement impulses from our own bodies. In preparation for the constellation work, we will examine the aspects of systemic work and posture together. There will be plenty of time for practicing the musical-movement constellations together and answering your questions.
